To properly pipe macarons one needs a HUGE nozzle. The batter is thick and sticky, doesn't flow well thru a standard piping nozzle you might use for buttercream etc. Here's an array of nozzles from 19mm (~3/4") to 44mm (~1-3/4"). The 25mm or 32mm nozzle is most appropriate for typical sized macarons. These are large enough you might even pipe out chocolate chip cookie batter haha! If you print this with ABS, ASA, PETG or other higher temp plastic it can go straight in the dishwasher. Don't need a special piping bag (although it certainly helps), can cut off the corner of a typical freezer storage bag and go to town.
