PIPSG: [Print-In-Place Stackable Gearbox](https://youtu.be/MtIEYUAWm-U) As a proof of concept I wanted to create a fully functional stackable print-in-place gear reduction box. All bearings and rotational parts are printed in one go, no assembly needed. I was surprised how robust it turned out. I printed it using PLA and PETG at 0.2mm layer height. The first layer is critical to make sure it will rotate freely after the print. I’m using prusa slicer using default 0.2mm elephant foot compensation. That works perfect. For modding and remixing I included my fusion source files and also step exports. E.g. you could easily add your own motor adapter. Enjoy and please make sure you share your makes and remixes.
