Pirate Ninja Headband

Have you ever thought to yourself, "Man, I really want to be a ninja, but I also want to be a pirate, what should I do?" Well I've got you covered. There may be an issue with scaling when you try to print. I've found that my stl's are always 10X smaller than they should be, so before you just throw the print in there, make sure it is scaled up. This is a relatively simple print that comes out flat. In order to shape it properly, just use a heat gun/glorified hair dryer to curve the piece to be roughly the shape of your forehead. That's all you have to do to be a Pirate/Ninja. Post-Printing Heat gun/Sewing The print will come out flat and won't bend very nicely. I recommend using a heat gun to heat up the inside of the headband and use a table edge or something to curve it out. DON'T BURN YOURSELF. Just keep molding it until it roughly fits the shape of your forehead. You may notice that the edges will bend more than the middle part will, it's fine, no one will notice. Now, in order for it to be an actual headband, you need to get a long piece of fabric that you wouldn't mind cutting up as well as some sewing supplies. Simply cut the fabric to be about the same width as the print part (it can be a bit wider), and long enough so that it can be tied around your head. Then, simply sew the part onto the cloth through the holes. How I Designed This AutoDesk Inventor
