Pirate swashbuckler sword, theater prop

My daughter needed a blunt theater prop sword for a school play called "Peggy the pint sized pirate".. Overall length, about 60cm's or about two feet.. The longest piece is just under 250mm (Obviously recommend PLA) Printed on a Mendlemax with Maker's Tool Works build platform. Have fun! Bottom of the hilt is open, my daughter wanted to put some sort of hilt ornament in it.. Instructions Parts are snug, I do recommend that you plastic weld to secure the bottom half of the sword to the hilt. And again on the puzzle connection between the upper and lower pieces of blade. I print at .1 infill so its really light and can break fairly easily in actual use... But that does make heating for welding the parts together slightly problematic...
