Pivot arm swivel bracket for Samsonite and Targus tripod mount

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2311131 was the closest model available in my search for these entry level generic aluminum tripods with plastic mounts and joints. However, the hole for the washer that fits around the metal arm was really close to the pivot point so I backed it off a bit. I also added extra clearance between the two mating surfaces of the collar and removed the circular impression for where a cosmetic sticker cap goes over the square-headed bolt to simplify the design and print. My particular tripod is a Samsonite 2600.
