Pivoting Cable holder for Wanhao i3 bed

** WAIT FOR UPDATE ** This version has interference with bed L-bracket Needed a way to prevent the bed heating and thermistor cable bundle from riding up and pinching between the bed carriage and the frame for the LCD on Wanhao i3 Plus clone, Monoprice IIIP. The cable was too short to reach the upgraded MOSFET location, so I routed it up through the front of the bed instead of stock rear location. Mounting uses stock screw location, but replaced with longer 3mm hex cap screw. Leave it a just a bit loose so it pivots. When installing the zip tie to hold cable in the holder, I kept the locking end inside the holder so it won't catch on the bottom or on the top as the bed passes over. As a remix, used Tinkercad to extend the arm and add proper height block mount with recess for cap screw head. Used the thicker version, which was already a remix from the original.
