Pixel Drilling Template - 3/4" J Channel

Created this for drilling Certainteed 3/4" pocket J channel for rgb pixels for exterior holiday lighting. 75mm spacing between pixels has worked well for the ones I purchased on Amazon. There's a little locator nub to help align with previous holes as you slide it along the channel. Worked *so* much better than my first one as this one captures the J-channel to help keep it from moving around so much. Menards J-channel sku: 1481833 Model # 5030301 Alitove WS2811 RGB's from Amazon, by Alitove. Amazon product number B01AG923EU A 50 LED string will take up the 10' stick of channel *almost* perfectly. I usually end up trimming a couple inches from one end to make the spacing work well on the house. Use a 15/32" or 31/64” (better) drill bit for a satisfying snap fit that won't tear up you fingers too badly.
