Edit : Added new rear wheels and tires The tires need to be printed with fexible material I used Filaflex This is a remix from the famous PLA spring motor rolling chassis http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:430050 I made this changing because the original assembly requires a lot of refinements and cutting/sanding. with this new pieces assembly takes one minute to put together because of the spacers on the new right side. and the new wheel axles with the clip at the end. You just need to cut out a some material on the holes on bed side if you have a warming bed. this can be done with a tiny file. You can Use the original slotted rear wheels, and for the front wheels I have put a special short axel if you want to you use the original front wheels. The new wheels I made need both (front and rear) the long axle and a rubber band, specially for the rear wheels, you can also put some torus ring I also made a spacer for the rear wheel to maintain the gear at the right place. No more need of tight fit on any part. assembly and disassembly is made very easy. see it in action : https://youtu.be/l0PEWP-if6s print the spring with 100% fill in and all the other parts are ok with 10-20 % fill in printed all pieces with 0,20 mm layer thickness on Cel Robox I made all the new pieces with fusion 360 (very similar to solidworks) Print Settings Printer Brand: CEL Printer: Robox Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 100% for spring 30% for other parts
