Tetrarhons are four rhombic dodecahedrons joined at their faces. Among the 28 pieces there are 14 planar ones with all four parts touching a plane. Nine pieces can be used only in a hexagonal lattice, four pieces only in a square lattice and the straight one in both lattices. With all pieces 3-dimensional constructions are possible.
