By changing the configurations of which center shaft parts are grounded and which retain their degrees of freedom in Inventor's dynamic simulation environment, you are able to change the direction in which all gears on the gearbox rotate and their setting. The current setting rotates the center gears only. The step file included was what I worked on the configuration with in Inventor.
