If you're having trouble with the press fit, feel free to leave a comment and I can upload another STL of the part with offsets based on if it is too tight or loose.*** This is a planetary gear spinner with the planet gears able to spin around the sun gear. Gears inherently add friction to the system so the spin time is less than most spinners. Each gear has module of 2.0, 15 teeth and a 20 degree pressure angle and a backlash of 0.5 mm to allow the gears to spin freely with my print settings. Ideally backlash would be zero. If you would like to fine tune the backlash, you can do so using Fusion 360's Spur Gear add-in and regenerate the gear with less backlash. However, it is important to keep the module, pressure angle and number of teeth the same. Edit: If you're having trouble with the press fit of the planet gear bearings to the planet carrier, there is now a version 2 that has a modified planet carrier with pins that will keep the planet gears from falling out if the press fit is too loose. These pins can be glued in place Edit: I made a version 3 that does not require bearings but instead utilizes self contained slider bearings. Not as good actually ball bearings, but they spin surprisingly well. Required Hardware: 4 x 608 bearings.
