This is a small planetary gearbox smasher that I made for fun. NOTE: During the printing of the Sun Gear_1 the print needs to be paused to install the bearing on the shaft. Print: -10 planetary gears. -2 Sun Gear_1. -2 Sun gear_2 -2 Front plate. -2 Backplate. -2 Ring gear_1. -2 Ring gear_2. -1 Connection gear_1. -1 Connection gear_2. -1 Connection gear_3. -1 Connection gear_4. -1 Drive gearcase. Hardware: 20 m3 bolts. 2 m2 bolts. 6 22mm bearing. Post-processing: -Remove custom support between gears. Assembly: Assembling this gearbox is quite hard. 1) Take the planetary gears and put them into the ring gears with the marks on the top of the planetary gears facing the center. 2) take the front plate and lightly bolt it in place keeping the mark on the planetary gears facing the center. 3) Take sun gear_1 and push it into place from the top keeping the marks on the planetary gears facing the center. 4) Take Sun gear_2 and push it in from the bottom. 5) Put on the backplate. 6) Repeat steps 1-5 for the second gearbox. 7) Push the 2 gearboxes into the gearbox connector. 8) Take the drive gear case and install the 4 bearings. 9) Take the 2 drive gears with the hexagonal hole in them and install them onto the shafts of the 2 gearboxes. 10) put the other 2 drive gears in place and install the drive gear case.
