This is a fidget spinner planetary gearset that I made while experimenting with printing assemblies all at once. The resulting print will come out as one piece, but with a small amount of flexing at each gear they will "pop" free and the whole assembly will rotate. With a little spinning back and forth the gears will "wear" in and after that they will roll freely.
It does seem to roll smoother in one direction than the other. If you spin such that the planets rotate with the tip of the V on the herringbone gear engaging first, it seems to self-align better than if you spin it the other way.
