You ever seen those bubblers for watering chickens? This is like those, only it doesn't water chickens. You should water your chickens - else they don't grow - just not with one of these. With arcane power lent to me by the great and spiraled gods I call upon the void to imprison a column of life giving water. We break it's will to flow, but not completely. Portals are opened in the reservoir to offer the only thing the water desires.. escape. We allow the most troublesome and antagonistic the freedom they crave. This gives the water left behind hope and serves to feed the machine. The running water raises itself in supplication to the level of the escape portals and equilibrium is achieved. Thus liberated and complacent, the water is then tempted into the planter pot with visions of power and great wealth. Channeling dark water magic, we compel it upwards into the chosen substrate and thus to the nutrient spindles of the plant itself. So, if you're into binding or elemental magic and the subjugation of inanimate fluids, this is the planter you need. If you're not, this is still the planter you need. You can just ignore the other stuff. Congratulations on being so well adjusted, I'm a little jealous.
