My partner suffers from Plantar Fasciitis and showed me the following video where a fellow sufferer uses a wrench as a makeshift tool for the Graston Technique. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GQhtavGoL6A As I don't have a wrench, and taking a large metal object through customs might get your collar felt by security, I knocked up a quick 3D printable tool to serve the same purpose. Printed vertically it does not need supports, horizontally it will, but with the benefit of being a stronger part. If you need to be aggressive with the tool, print it horizontally, but printing it vertically is fine if you only need light use. It goes without saying that you should always consult a doctor before attempting this or any other similar technique, and I offer no warrantee, guarantee, or testimony as to its efficacy, suitability or safety to you as an individual. Use at your own risk and again, consult a doctor first. I designed this large so it can be used for calf/thigh pain, if you only have foot pain then it can be scaled down to fit your foot size.
