Plantronics Gamecom 780 Headband

Stronger than the original, but more flexible and lighter that other versions headband replacement for the Gamecom780 headphones. The headband thickness is no more than 1.5mm but it's still sturdy as I added some ridges for reinforcement. Not as comfortable as the original one but definitely stronger and still easily adjustable to one's liking with the help of hot air. Unfortunately, I didn't document the disassembly-assembly process but I included an image with some instruction on how to disassemble the headband itself. There are a lot of videos on how to disassemble the speakers so that won't be a problem if you have a small phillipshead and basic soldering skills. When I was reassembling the whole thing I just glued the headband cushion back. It's better to use a non-permanent glue but don't use hot glue, as PLA is used for printing. My print wasn't the finest but I'm ok with it. The original rotation limiters work fine, even though the sleeves were printed horizontally. Unfortunately, this print requires supports but the shape was chosen for aesthetic purposes and lighter weight.
