Plants Support for Aerogarden Harvest (2018 edition)

Updated rybaiho's Aerogarden Harvest trellis to work with the slightly narrower 2018 model. Changed the side pieces from 160 mm to 140 mm and rebuilt the crossbars to match. I've included all files but only the files with the _mod suffix are my own. All units should be mm, but sanity-checking is encouraged.
