Plastic Bag/Bottle Dryer

A countertop rack for hanging plastic bags or bottles to dry. OpenSCAD files are also included. An .stl file for printing only one bar top is included, since I needed to print one offs a number of times. Note: For printing you only need the .stl files! Instructions Suggested print settings: For the base and posts: Layer height: .1 Shell thickness: 1.2 Bottom/top thickness: .8 Fill density: 40% My original Bottle Drying Rack had some posts break off in normal use, so in this model I'm suggesting much beefier print settings, and I also added an extra support at the place where the post meets the arms of the star. For the posts: Platform adhesion type: Raft Raft "Extra margin": 8mm Because the posts stand so high, they can get wobbly, that's why the large raft is important. To attach the extension posts to the base, I sanded the pins on the top of the base a bit, and then used Superglue. Gluing Jig On my first one, the extension posts didn't end up being as straight as I wanted them to be when I glued them to the base. To fix this, I've made a gluing jig to use to hold the post straight while the glue dries. You can find it here. OpenSCAD notes Shared constants are stored in the common.scad file that is included in the others.
