Print in the position "slot for the washer up", so blade slots are vertically oriented (see slicer screenshot) My printer without part cooling clogged the blade slots, so I decided to copy the model and make it parametric, because what is the point of 3D printing, if everything is not exactly as needed =) In current design it is required to clamp something in from of the bottle to keep it in one place horizontally when cutting, that helps for a more-less straight cut. On a photo I used the remains of a bottle clamped to a table for that. The exit side is being teared by a stripe, but not so much, i've cut 8 6-liter bottles and it is just slightly damaged. If I break it, i would add another washer on the opposite side too :) It worked for me like in the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Itb7LrJqNw I used clearance 0.3 for a blade height, and it worked just fine for my printer, blades are almost loose in the slots, but are not going anywhere, perfect. You can see the original thing in white plastic and customized in purple on a photo, for comparison. P.S. Since customizer app seems to be broken, and it doesn't show the comments, then just download the file and use openscad locally (available for all platforms) to customize and render to stl (f6 to render, f7 to export rendered)
