My carriage plate cracked and I made this replacement out of plastic. I works well as long as the fan on the heat sink is running. Fan dies plastic melts. I used 3mm inserts, below. I use a lathe to cut all of my clone heat sinks to the identical diameter of .623" or 15.82 mm which is what Robo used.
