3D printing is too slow for mass production. One solution is vacuum thermoforming plastic sheet material into masks from mold forms created on your 3D printer. In the uploaded pdf I outline how to do this without a thermoforming machine. This is a work in progress, and I apologize in advance if I state the obvious or fail to give proper attribution. There are still several aspects of the project that could use some collective input and testing.
