This is a fully 3D printable version of my 1.5Kg combat robot Concrete Donkey. This version has been remodeled to work better for 3D printing as opposed to the bolted HDPE construction of the original, hense changing the name! Included are files for the chassis, lid, motor mounts and wedge mounts. Whilst Concrete Donkey was originally a spinner, the chassis turned out to be unable to handle the power of the weapon and cracked, so this version is designed instead to take a wedge and has been strengthened appropriately. Some Advice: - I'd suggest making the motor mounts from 2mm aluminium, rather than printing them. 6061 Aluminium would be ideal - There's plenty of leftover weight here, find a use for it! - Steel will be your best friend for a wedge, I'd advise bent ends to it - Print multiples of the lid and mounts, you'll be glad you did when they break! BOM (What you'll need): 1X Chassis 1X Lid 2X Wedge Mounts 4X Motor Mounts 4X 25mm Gearmotors 4X 65mm+ wheels ( I used the largest Lynxmotion wheels) 23X M4 Heatset brass inserts 7X 12mm M4 bolts 16X 8mm M4 bolts 1X 8mm shaft, minimum 140mm long (Steel again the best bet) 2X 8mm collars 1X Full electronics setup - this is too complex to list here, but there's guides online
