This thing is an Hexagon HotEnd cooler (40mm fan) for OrdBot Hadron using an BulldogXL Extruder. The cooler will mounted with one screw. The one which also hold the BullDog. Replace the original M3x16 screw against an M3x20mm screw. Tip: connect the original BulldogXL cooler and this Hexagon cooler on permanent 12V. Since i use this 40mm Cooler my hexagon do not clog with PLA and NYLON any more. For PLA with 0.5mm Nozzel i reduce retract to 0,3mm. For Nylon i reduce retract to 0.1 or zero dependent to print temperature . If i print nylon at 260° i use zero retract. Edit 25.12.2015: upload RC2 version. Enhanced airflow on hexagon cooler.
