Plastic Staple

Plastic Staple

I had a project that required plastic staples, but I didn't want to go to the hardware store to buy them. I decided to make my own, as it would give me more control over the size and material of the staples. One of the main issues I had with using plastic staples was that they can become brittle when exposed to the elements, especially if they're made out of ABS. That's why I decided to make my staples out of PETG. PETG is a type of plastic that is known for its strength and resistance to UV light, making it a great choice for outdoor projects. With this choice, I was able to create plastic staples that offer good strength and are more resistant to the UV, ensuring that they will last longer and perform better than ABS staples in outdoor conditions. Another advantage of making my own staples is that I can easily adjust the size depending on the project. This allows me to customize the staples for different applications, ensuring that they are the perfect fit for the job.
