Plate for goodluckbuy brushless gimbal for front mounting

If you have the cheap 2-axis gimbal from goodluckbuy and want to mount it forward-facing on your quad/tri/hex/octo/motorcycle/racing boat, then you've come to the right place. Instructions This plate replaces the vibration damper top plate with an extended version, so you can hang your gimbal up front of you multirotor. All that is needed is one foam earplug for additional stabilisation and vibration dampening. I simply glued the earplug to the back of the roll motor where it would else touch my copter frame. Because the gimbal weight is now pulling on the back two damper balls instead of compressing them, I witnessed a little bit more additional vibrations than convenient, so I had to stabilize the roll motor with this earplug. Now it's all good. First version of this plate was exactly as thick as the original aluminium plate, but this turned out too thin and wobbly, so this version is a bit thicker. Maybe it would help to still make it thicker, but I'm content with it right now. It won't win any design contest, it's just a Frankenstein kind of mod, but does the job. There's a basic version and a version with an integrated fpv-cam mount I stole from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:238109. In order to use it you have to print out the actual cam case from there, I only integrated the holder into my plate. The additional four holes in the middle of the plate were put there to attach a 3-axis servo gimbal from hobbyking for my headtracker. I found out, though, that the vibrations of the three servos are not exactly supportive of the smooth functioning of the brushless gimbal.
