Plateau or stone pedestal. The design can be used in gaming to provide an easy placeable change in height at exactly 4 inches in diameter. There is a small stone stairway going up to the plateau at one location. There are multiple possible scenarios for painting, of course. For example, it could be a magma pot spilling over the edges and flowing down over the stones. I have provided my concept of granite stone going up to a colorful dirt type plateau.
