In Netfabb, I divided the initial model and imported it into Makerware to prevent the need for support material. For printing, I utilized 2 total shells at a .2mm layer height, with feed and travel rates set to 80/150 mm/s. Post-printing, I fastened the pieces back together using CA glue.
