Rafts on jacking screw and main tube only, print both upright. 100% infill on plunger only, everything else is 30%, no supports required on anything. Put a thin layer of Vaseline on the jacking screw. This design was inspired by another a similar design on this site however this has been beefed up and allows for an entire 4 ounce can to be used, also the jacking screw has a much finer pitch which allows for small hands to easily crank out various shapes.
