<p>I have the 4th edition of Catan and the settlement pieces + city pieces must be a tad larger than the newer editions of the game. Enlarged those slots slightly and got a perfect fit now!</p><p>Note that all the settlements do fit in the slot even thought the first one is slightly out in the pic.
