Playing Card Dispenser This is a part of my rigged card shuffler project. The idea is to have a camera looking through the window of this dispenser, use OpenCV to know which card is being dispensed, and sort the deck by dispensing each card into its predetermined slots. The purpose of this is to consistently dispense one card at a time. The dispensing action is separated into two actions, pushing and pulling. The rollers spin continuously, and the push wheel spins when you want to dispense a card. You'll need a yellow DC gearbox motor, a MG90s or equivalent servo, M3 nuts and bolts, 3mm rods, and some rubber bands to wrap around the wheel and rollers for friction. Sandpaper might be needed to smooth out the rough edges. To assemble, first mount the push wheel to the servo. Then mount the servo to the base plate. Then mount the stopper to the base plate to create a gap that only allows a single card to get through. Then you can start mounting the other components. You might have to do a bit of sanding to get it to work reliably.
