Playseat Challenge wheel deck mounts

I recently bought a used Playseat Challenge for my son, but it came with the wheel deck mount missing. I had a good look around for a replacement part, and contacted Playseat directly, but had no luck finding one. Therefore, to help others in my situation, I thought I'd share this quick design I made to fix this issue. You'll need to print two of these at 100% infill. I used Polymaker Polymaxx PLA as it was the strongest filament I had knocking around. If you print them long face down, you'll only need minimal linear supports. You'll also need 4x M6 16-20mm countersunk bolts to mount the plate to the brackets, and 2x M8 50mm hex bolts for the clamps. Don't forget nuts and washers! To fit, slide the brackets on the wheel frame from the end that opens to allow you to get out of the chair. They slide on but are a snug fit. Once the clamp bolts are tightened it's rock solid. Hope this helps you revive your otherwise busted Playseat :) UPDATE 02 Sept 22: When we fixed our Thrustmaster T248 wheel to the plate, we found the print was a tad too wide and partially covered the fixing holes. Version 3.0 now uploaded with suitable cutouts. Wheel is still solid as a rock!
