SAND the inside WELL before use. A Prince Albert piercing is required for this device. I secure the two halves with thin zip ties in the groves or secure with several wraps of electrical tape. This device is not intended to be worn for long periods, just basically during playtime. It does provide a certain amount of sensory deprivation to one's member while being worn though. The slots are currently designed for a 6ga piercing (4mm) with a (larger than) 6mm screw ball instead of a CBR. Since this toy is designed for short term wear and not "real" chastity per say the top half of the device is not attached with the piercing, just the bottom half.
