Plug in various sizes and lengths, from relatively unobstrusive to quite devious! The plug has a base plate that you can screw into this mouth gag: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4550157 for some ATM action. The biggest plug (50 mm) does not fit through the gag and is best kept for other cavities. Print without support, just put the flat parts of the half plugs on the printbed. Finally, glue all the parts together. Note: I deliberately chose this layout, rather than print the plug from one piece, standing up. I didn't want the print layers to be in the direction that you pull the plug out. 3D prints are not strong in that direction and I fear that a part may stay behind! I suggest at least 30% infill and a low layer height (< 0.15) for strength and smoothness, respectively.
