The measurements of the images are: ["height" x "widest part to be inserted" in millimeters] Although they can be modified to taste and needs. I recommend sanding them so that they are soft to the touch. Put a condom on the plug to make it more hygienic and safe. Smooth plugs have a circle, heart and diamond shaped finish. If the base/tope is too small it can be enlarged for greater safety.
