Plywood CNC Valovi Chair

This design is based on the OpenDesk Valoví chair originally designed by Denis Fuzii. https://www.opendesk.cc/studio-dlux/valovi-chair#get-it-made https://www.opendesk.cc/blog/design-revamp-deniss-valovi-chair http://www.studiodlux.com.br/portfolio/valovi/ I modified the design to be cut out of two sheets of 3/4 inch X 2 foot X 4 foot birch plywood using the Shaper Origin handheld CNC tool. The OpenSCAD file includes a DogBoneCut module which was used to make the corners for the interlocking joints. This was my first time cutting plywood and I had some issues with the bit getting gummed up and lighting the material on fire. I used a spray on stain but I think that a wipe or brush on stain would have turned out better.
