5+ kg force, 0.67 mm precise steps, a 48 mm small housing: the T-48B motor moves your stuff in a powerful and space-efficient way! This motor is a redesign of the motor originally developed for the [Stormram 3](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2974412). The original motor design used laser-cutting in a very complicated process, as the toothed pistons had to be cut/engraved from multiple sides with high precision while managing the variation in plate thickness. More details are in the [paper](https://research.utwente.nl/files/13723659/Stormram3_Published.pdf). For Thingiverse, the motor was redesigned to make it fully 3D printable while keeping the same overall dimensions. As an additional bonus, the maximum force has more than doubled thanks to the larger cylinder cross-sectional area! Update June 23, 2018: Added LongRack files.
