The ZK-08 vacuum valve is a pneumatic device that generates vacuum using compressed air based on the Bernoulli principle.
When high-pressure air enters through the P port, it is forced through a narrow internal nozzle, which increases the air velocity and decreases the pressure. This pressure drop creates a suction effect at the A port, which is used as the vacuum output for gripping or holding objects. The R port acts as the exhaust outlet, releasing the used air from the system to the atmosphere. In simple terms, the valve converts compressed air into vacuum by accelerating airflow inside its body, making it useful in automation systems like robotic grippers and pick-and-place mechanisms.
