I have a 32gb PNY USB Thumbdrive on which the Lanyard hole broke. I use lanyards on all my thumbdrives and this one is very small so it would be easy to lose without the lanyard. The first thing I did was to cut away the original Lanyard hole and then printed my design. I was able to press-fit it onto the thumbdrive but the part did crack a bit so it might need to be sized up slightly or maybe even use a heat gun then press-fit. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the results! I included the original 123d Design file so you can modify as you desire.
