Pocket Clarinet or Chalumeau

This is a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1982036 This Pocket Clarinet or Chalumeau uses a B-flat clarinet mouthpiece and sounds surprisingly like a full-sized clarinet. I made several changes to the original design. The mouthpiece hole was too tight for my mouthpiece, and it left indentations in the cork, so I made it slightly larger and much smoother. I also made the exterior smoother. The bore was smaller than the exit hole of a standard clarinet mouthpiece, so I tapered the entrance to the bore slightly. This makes the airflow inside the instrument smoother. I flattened the bottom to make it possible to print it without supports. I printed this on my Qidi Tech X-Plus in PLA with a brim, 1.2mm walls, 0.08 layer height, and 50% Triangle infill. The Yamaha 3C mouthpiece is easier to play than most clarinet mouthpieces, and works well in this instrument. You will also need clarinet reeds and a ligature to hold the reed on the mouthpiece. If you haven't played a reed instrument before, it's easiest to start with a softer reed, like a Rico number 2. There are many web pages and online videos that show the correct clarinet embouchure (how to hold the mouthpiece in your mouth). There are also many soprano Baroque recorder fingering charts online that you can use to learn the fingering for the notes.
