Here are a few different versions of the pocket document camera attachment for a laptop. This will show the image of whatever you place on/over your keyboard. Our teachers will use this in remote teaching so that students can show their work, and teachers can demonstrate hands-on in front of the camera. I had to make different versions to accommodate different laptops we use on campus, with varying thicknesses and placements of the existing camera. I am amazed at how subtle differences in angles can dramatically alter the image you see. I hope these will either work for you or give you the inspiration to create your own for the laptop model you use. Keep in mind that because most camera applications will produce a mirrored image, this mirror will look reversed for others (not you). We are testing out using ManyCam as a solution to avoid mirroring live video. For photos, most apps will reverse/flip an image. The current downloadable versions are: Macbook Air 13" CTL Chromebook (11 3180) Dell Chromebook (NL71TWB) Lenovo 300e - Many thanks to user DOugL for remixing this from the Dell version. Laser Cut version in .SVG* I use a 2" x 2" mirror, which you can buy in bulk on Amazon. *Please note that for the .SVG version, you can cut the cardboard to adjust to any size laptop lid. Love that cardboard allows us to do this.
