I liked the Compact Gear Fidget by msadler2, unfortunately his design was very fragile and it would not snap together without the tongues breaking off. So I redrew his design in Fusion 360 fully parametric and modified it until the thing was printing well and going together without breaking. This version printed and snapped together perfectly from my Creality CL-10 Print Settings Printer: Creality CL-10 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 100% Notes: I printed it at 100% infill for sturdiness of the shaft, 40 mm/s at 210 C in PLA. It turned out excellent. The ID of the gear hole and the OD of the shaft are vastly different on paper but due to the mesh and the slicer they end up fitting together just perfect. When assembling make sure you push the gear on with the chamfer facing downwards so it aids the three prongs in compressing and it also gives room for the chamfer on the shaft at the base. How I Designed This Fusion 360 I brought in the stl mesh of the original file and used it as a template. I built the frame myself and used the gear designer add-on to produce the gear then kept adjusting the gear hole diameter and shaft dimensions until it snapped together without breaking.
