This is a mash up of a pulley and an inline skate wheel. I have been wanting to make a pocket hand line fishing reel and these things won the cut for the new thing! The hand line reel has outer holes for your fingers and the center can either be bearing-less or not. The spokes were left raised so you can feel any rotation. I haven't printed this yet so if it needs scaling the center will need to be preserved as per the bearing size.
