I downloaded Mickey Mouse for $5 on this website, but I only wanted the hand so I could make it into one of the pointer finger sticks. I've designes it so that you can slide it onto a bic pen. Simplify3D and Craftware offer customizable support, but if you don't have those, i've included the supports from S3D in the files.
