Pokedex REMIX - Kanto style - Larger - Card option

My younger kids have just gotten into pokemon and we just started the cartoon, so of course, I can make a pokedex. Rather than start from scratch, I used fergal_kelly's model and imported it into Solid works. I wanted to make it able to fit a card into the slot like my kids could be displaying a pokemon on the pokedex. The slot is a little long, so I'm not sure yet if the card will be too hard to get back out. I did make a cardless version for those who want something a little simplier to build. I had to enlarge the original and I made my own hinge set-up with pins. I'm test printing this now, so I'll be able to post a make or revisions shortly. I made sure the cover hinge is at least 1mm smaller than the main body hinge so it should move pretty easily. The pins are made to slide to the middle portion of the ain body and turn 90 degrees to lock in place. I'll probably end up gluing them to it when it's done, but it should be snug enough they won't just fall out. The cut away image above shows on key in the lock position and one sliding through in the unlock position. EDIT: Worked on the first go! Just needs a little sanding/filing. I made the card slot version, so it needs some glue too.
