They are Trainers who frequently travel around the world to meet new Trainers and take part in Pokémon League competitions. In Generation I, the Cooltrainers are shown to be carrying whips, which were also used by Team Rocket Grunts at the time. In Generation II onward, they no longer carry whips. I avoided using pegs but it can simply be joined together using super glue. I also print my files to make sure they work (scaled smaller for personal preference) Files are Zipped.
