Pokemon Go Raid Pass 2.0

Hello all, After many months and failed attempts at modeling/wiring/coding. I have finally completed my Pokemon Go raid pass 2.0. Original raid pass is here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2782543 if you are looking for something a bit smaller and easier to complete. I was not able to document the detailed instructions for wiring or finish work for this model, but I'm sure you will have the basics down if you attempt this build. I am also not an expert at wiring or coding so please feel free to adjust as needed for your project. Parts list: 5v Trinket - https://www.adafruit.com/product/1501 3.7v battery - https://www.adafruit.com/product/1578 Battery charger - https://www.adafruit.com/product/1304 JST for trinket - https://www.adafruit.com/product/1769 8 - 5mm diffused neopixels - https://www.adafruit.com/product/1938 Neopixel Jewel (cool white) - https://www.adafruit.com/product/2860 Neopixel ring 12x (cool white) - https://www.adafruit.com/product/2853 6 - Neodymium mangnets 6.3mm - https://www.michaels.com/promag-neodymium-magnets/10413548.html Enough wire to connect LEDs Optional - 5 individual neopixels for power meter and logo points ( I cut individuals LEDs off this strip) - https://www.adafruit.com/product/2842?length=1 Tools: Soldering Iron Hot glue gun Printing Instructions: Main body - I used Cura as my slicer for printing. You will need to import the Base, Top, Conduit1-8 and then merge them together. This will provide a solid model to print as the foundation of the project. I suggest .12 layer height or which ever your printers magic number is for fine printing. You do not need supports when printing but a bit of clean up will be needed on the back side once its done printing. Covers - Base cover 1 is printed as is, .2 layer height or smaller is fine. Base cover 2 is printed as is, .2 layer height, will need a filament change from white to black at 1.8mm or just as the pokestop logo is starting. Top cover will need to be rotated in the slicer so it is standing up. Print at .2 layer height. Lids - Rotate lids 180 degrees so reference tabs are sticking up. This will add the line affect from the first layer print and remove the need for supports. After printing, the 8 - 5mm neopixels are wired as a strip and added to each conduit using the cut outs on the back so the wires are flush. A bit of hot glue can be used to tack everything down. The ring and jewel are then wired together. The ring is assigned to pin 0 and the 8 5mm are assigned to pin 1. I also added code for the power meter on pin 2 but was not able to get that wired up before I attended Go Fest so the raid pass can accommodate 3 more individual neopixels to light up the power meter but I did not include that in this project. I also added 2 individual neopixels to the ring to add lights to the points in the pokestop logo but they are not required. The 6 magnets will need to be tacked in the 6 holes in the base and cover. This allows for fast access to the battery and guts of the project. I used hot glue to protect solder joints and flex points as well as mounting the attaching the ring to the cover. I would love to see how yours turned out, please post any makes you complete!! https://youtu.be/sLhp19bKaUwhttps://youtu.be/tLAhrabY0yQ Have fun, happy 3D printing! -Asher
