This is an add-on to meekberg's excellent Polar M400 handlebar mount. I have a phone holder mounted to my stem so I didn't have room to mount my watch on the thick part of the handlebars closest to the stem. This sleeve will allow you to mount the watch on the skinny part of the handlebars near the brakes. I recommend gluing them together so they don't shake loose.
