Polaris ATV rack connector (not-quite-lock'n-ride)
thingiverse
This is a 3D-printable replacement for the Lock'n-Ride connector from Polaris that gets the job done. While it may not match the real thing in terms of quality, it works surprisingly well when used correctly. To assemble it, simply screw on an 8mm bolt with a hex nut and add some spacers to keep everything in place. As you tighten the screw, the two parts will be pushed apart and securely fastened into the hole. Adding some rubber tape around the device can improve its grip even further.
