Bolt n' ride :) This is a 1" hard bushing to fit the Polaris Sportsman plastic flat rack with 1" holes. I used this to mount my passengers seat back. I had to remove the rack to mount it and used oversized washers on the inside the seat back and also under the rack so it doesn't pull through. Hole in the center is 3/8" ( I used 3/8"x 2" bolts w/ 1.5" washers. don't forget the locktite ) **** Please understand that you use this at your own risk!
