Polaris Predator Light bulb adaptor

This adapter lets you use the Honda 34901HR3A21 light bulb on your Polaris Predator 500. I made this because the original Polaris light bulbs are very expensive, and has also reached its end of life, meaning no more are being manufactured. The Honda light bulb however is available at your local Honda motorcycle reseller for around $10. You will, of course, need to make some electrical changes to your Predator, since the Honda bulb has a different connector. And it is also recommended to secure the adapter and the bulb itself with some silicone or maybe some glue to prevent it from vibrating out from the socket. I have yet to experience this though. You will also need to transfer the rubber seal from the Predator OEM bulb to the Adapter. Printing: I print this with Addnorth PETG on 100% infill and 0.2mm layer height. Might be worth printing it in Nylon in case of the heat melting the PETG in the long run.. It needs supports on the outer hooks. But on the inside i just let it print without supports and clean it up afterwards. But every printer is individual, and you might need to experiment with supports. If using multi material printer, i would highly recommend a soluble filament for supports, and using that everywhere on all overhangs.
